Qualifications/Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assured Alternate Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (A2PNT) Branch Chief to join our team at Wright-Patterson AFB. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong command of rapid acquisition principles and a passion for delivering cutting-edge technology to the Joint Force.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Executive-Level Experience: A proven track record of leading large-scale programs or enterprises at the Branch Chief level (or higher).
Technical Acumen: A deep understanding of Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs), including the expertise required to validate and demonstrate compliance for emerging solutions.
Team Leadership: The proven ability to build, motivate, and direct high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Program Management: Demonstrated success in organizing, managing, and executing complex, multi-faceted programs and tasks.
Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to seamlessly translate and articulate complex technical ideas to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
