Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst to review and prepare the portfolio's logistics documentation for our proposed support to the United States Marine Corps, Program Manager Marine Air Ground Task Force Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2), at Stafford, Virginia.
This position is contingent upon contract award. Work is performed at Government facilities or a Triumph site within 15 miles of them; this position is not remote.
ABOUT THE WORK PM MAGTF C2 assesses, acquires, fields and sustains the command and control capabilities Marines use to plan and execute operations. Triumph provides program office support across contract maintenance and execution, life cycle logistics and product support, engineering services, and test and evaluation. The Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst reviews the logistics content of portfolio documentation and returns recommendations the Government can act on, not just comments.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - Review the logistics sections of portfolio documentation, including Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages reports, Configuration Status Accounting reports, training material and technical publications, and return recommendations on issues, concerns and corrections.
- Perform technical manual validation and verification, in person and at the desk.
- Prepare Technical Manuals, Technical Instructions, Modification Instructions and stock lists that support delivery of capabilities to the Fleet Marine Forces.
- Support logistics Integrated Product Teams and working groups.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree.
- 12 years in acquisition logistics.
- United States citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. The Government assigns position-level security and information technology designations under DD Form 254.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES - Provisioning and cataloging.
- Technical manual development and verification.
- Catalyst and the Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS).
- Marine Corps logistics documentation standards.
