Acera Territory Director, you'll work alongside sharp, inquisitive minds from a wide spectrum of backgrounds and disciplines. Together, you'll explore new ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape solutions that make a real-world impact by:
- Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams while driving adoption of Restrata®, our flagship synthetic, resorbable biomaterial designed to support soft tissue healing and reinforcement, and related product lines, through case coverage, compliant product demonstrations and education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical procedures.
- Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
- Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
- Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
Driving Requirements:This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND 9+ years' experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
- Current, valid Driver's License.
Nice to Have" Qualifications:- 3+ years of medical device sales experience calling on physicians and surgeons in hospital systems with direct experience supporting surgical cases in the operating room.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities independently while adapting quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective people management, conflict resolution, and project coordination under pressure.
- Proven analytical and organizational capabilities to assess information, identify priorities, and execute with accuracy.
- Track record of building and maintaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff in a sales or clinical setting.
- Effective negotiation, selling, and presentation skills, with working proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Concur.
Additional RequirementsIn this role, you may be required to enter healthcare or other third-party facilities. Those facilities may, in turn, require you to possess certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications (collectively "prerequisites to entry") for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons. All information will be kept in accordance with applicable law and Solventum policies. Pay Transparency Applicable to US Applicants Only: The base salary range for this position is $95,000.00 with additional commission opportunities based on role eligibility and performance.
