Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: BS/BA or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment; BS in Engineering highly preferred.
  • Length of Experience: 5 years of experience in driving improvements through the application of Lean and/or Six Sigma tools and concepts in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience leading and/or participating in structured process improvement activities such as Kaizen events.
  • 5+ yeas with demonstrated experience in manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years in OM, ARM, RM role or comparable roles.
  • Certifications: Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification; Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.

The pay for this position ranges from $91,900 to $113,400 per year depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
