Full Job Description
has an opening for an Accounting Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Work closely with team members on the month-end close, including, but not limited to, reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, etc.
  • Lead the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
  • Research and analyze expense variances for company management
  • Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
  • Prepare weekly cash, a/r, a/p, p/o reports with explanation of major changes
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements
  • Estimate future cash flows
  • Initiate bank wires & internal transfers
  • Serve as the audit and bank contact
  • Prepare property & sales tax returns
  • Maintain constant communication of information to management and staff
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as necessary
  • Additional duties as assigned
