  • Lead and manage centralized teams, including AP, Banking Clerks, and Inventory Accounting.

  • Support the development, refinement, and documentation of standardized procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor KPIs, productivity, and quality across each centralized function.
  • Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and schedule reviews.
  • Collaborate with Controllers, Office Managers, and store leadership to resolve issues.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to support long-term growth.
  • Participate in projects related to system upgrades, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Full Job Description
Morgan Auto Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee several regionally centralized accounting teams, including Accounts Payable, Banking, and Inventory. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes, and supporting continued development of our centralized accounting structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage centralized teams, including AP, Banking Clerks, and Inventory Accounting.
  • Oversee workflow, accuracy, and timeliness of all accounting processes.
