Position Overview:This international organization is hiring a Manufacturing Accounting Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine. The role will lead month-end close activities, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You'll collaborate with global finance teams and manufacturing leadership to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for manufacturing entities.
- Manage and reconcile complex inventory and cost accounting processes.
- Implement and improve use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine.
- Collaborate with plant controllers and corporate finance to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Analyze variances and recommend improvements to financial processes.
- Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems-especially Dynamics 365, SAP, and BlackLine.
- Proven leadership and process improvement experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
