  • Manage and coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes to meet reporting deadlines
  • Lead and support internal and external audits, including audit planning, coordination, and timely response to audit requests
  • Drive and support accounting-related projects, including ERP/system integration, process improvements, and data preparation for audits and reporting
  • Establish and maintain proper organization, documentation, and retention of accounting records to support audits and internal reviews
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for accounting-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and provide guidance on accounting policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to accounting policies, internal controls, and US GAAP requirements across accounting processes

  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain accounting matters to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, particularly in a fast-paced close environment
  • Strong critical-thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and interpret relevant information to make sound accounting judgments
