Description Position Details: Shift: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Compensation: $77 - $95K annually
Location: 94-554 Ukee Street Waipahu, HI 96797
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Supervises Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Data Operations. (35%)
- Performs various financial or accounting functions, including financial analysis, month-end closings, and generation of financial/accounting reports. (35%)
- Directs the training and development of office staff. (15%)
- Participates and assists in the preparation of the annual budget. (5%)
- Provides PC support and assistance, including software and hardware installation and upgrades. (5%)
- Participates in period-end and quarterly inventories. (5%)
- Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
Experience: 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience, including supervision, financial reports, and budget preparation.

- Lead a diverse workforce of approximately 10 employees
- Manage and motivate employees in a team-based environment
- Interpret accounting or financial operations anomalies and identify appropriate solutions
- Prepare a variety of comprehensive administrative and technical documents and reports
- Prepare and deliver presentations to management, customers, regulatory agencies and other representatives of external organizations
- Assist in developing capital improvement cost/benefit analyses and subsequent forms
- Work effectively in a general business environment with a focus on high levels of quality and customer service
