Full Job Description
Join Aprio's Client Accounting Services- Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for trial balances within QuickBooks
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Produce accounting reports and present their results
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Plan, assign and review staff's work
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP principles


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting
  • 4 - 7 years of experience
  • CPA Certification
  • Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

$100,000 - $140,000 a year

The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
