Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support accurate financial recordkeeping, reporting, and analysis activities. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and supporting the automation and analysis of financial data. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with analytical skills and a commitment to accuracy.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain financial records in compliance with GAAP and organizational policies.
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) account reconciliations.
  • Analyze financial information and identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial results.
  • Develop and utilize automated tools and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with the classification, recording, and maintenance of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with established financial reporting and recordkeeping standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial operations and reporting needs.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis activities.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting practices.
  • Experience performing reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Additional Information: 

This position requires incumbents to be onsite in the Nashville main office 5 days per week.


Compensation & Benefits: 

Summary Pay Range: 

$94,728.00 - $151,572.00
