Full Job Description
About the role

This role serves as a key day-to-day client contact, translating business goals, briefs, and marketing priorities into clear workstreams, validated requirements, and actionable plans that keep integrated campaigns moving efficiently from concept through delivery. The position coordinates execution across account, project management, strategy, creative, media, production, and analytics teams, while building and maintaining schedules, tracking milestones, managing scopes and resources, and monitoring agency time to help ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations and brand standards. It provides strategic support by understanding client objectives, industry dynamics, and market trends, helping identify growth opportunities, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing data-driven recommendations that improve results and strengthen account profitability. The role also maintains strong account operations through clear status reporting, documentation, risk escalation, and decision tracking, while supporting senior leaders on presentations and new business efforts and helping guide junior team members in daily execution.

What you'll do

  • Translate client objectives into actionable workstreams - Convert client priorities, briefs, and business goals into clear project requirements, task plans, and next steps for internal teams so work can begin quickly and stay aligned to intended outcomes.
  • Validate briefs and deliverable requirements - Review incoming requests for completeness, feasibility, dependencies, approvals, and success criteria before work is launched, resolving gaps early to reduce rework and execution risk.
  • Build and maintain project schedules - Create detailed timelines for campaigns and client programs, track milestones and interdependencies, and proactively adjust schedules to keep deliverables moving through agency workflows on time.
  • Coordinate day-to-day execution across functions - Drive daily follow-through among account, project management, strategy, creative, media, production, and analytics partners to ensure tasks, decisions, and handoffs are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Track program status and communicate progress - Maintain up-to-date status reporting for assigned work, including risks, changes, blockers, and upcoming milestones, and communicate concise progress updates to clients, senior account leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Escalate risks and resolve execution issues - Identify scope, timeline, resource, budget, or quality concerns early, recommend practical solutions, and escalate issues with appropriate context so senior leaders can make timely decisions.
  • Support reporting deliverables and performance readouts - Coordinate the collection, quality check, and packaging of campaign results, data inputs, and reporting materials so performance updates are accurate, timely, and useful for client decision-making.
  • Document decisions and maintain account operations - Keep organized records of meeting notes, approvals, change requests, project documentation, and account processes to improve continuity, accountability, and efficient execution across ongoing client work.
