Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Lead all commercial activities within assigned accounts, including new customer acquisition, business development, pricing strategy, issue resolution, and service improvement to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships across diverse personalities and backgrounds. Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
  • Own the customer relationship with minimal supervision, escalating issues when needed while remaining accountable for outcomes.
  • Quickly grasp and communicate technical product information. Apply creativity and problem-solving to overcome challenges.
  • Stay resilient through setbacks, supporting cross-functional teams when necessary to achieve goals.
  • Apply negotiation and value-selling techniques to drive profitability. A competitive, goal-oriented mindset is key.
  • Manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, focusing on what's most important and urgent.
  • Develop strategic 5-year plans for key accounts, identifying risks and actionable steps to ensure long-term success.


Qualifications:

  • B.S. or B.A degree in Business Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Manufacturing or equivalent).
  • Aggressive self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to details requiring minimal supervision,
  • 5 - 10 years automotive Tiers Account Management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and "hunter" mentality.
  • Ability to travel to FNST production sites and customers as required.
  • Engineering experience with automotive seals, polymers, and/or electric vehicle systems are a significant plus.
