OverviewThis Non Clinical Account Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of non-clinical contingent positions at major MSP accounts. The Account Manager is a critical client-facing role responsible for maintaining smooth program operations, managing day-to-day staffing needs, and building strong relationships with clients. This role serves as one of the primary points of contact for facilities, ensuring all processes run efficiently and challenges are resolved promptly.
Responsibilities
- Act as the non-clinical point of contact for clients, managing order fulfillment, timekeeping, candidate starts, and addressing day-to-day operational issues.
- Leverage expertise in client-specific processes to ensure seamless operations and quick problem-solving.
- Work collaboratively with the Operational Leader to conduct intake calls for new positions, address escalations and optimize service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain program compliance, ensuring adherence to client policies and staffing agreements.
- Analyze account performance metrics, such as fill rates and candidate retention to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with Client Retention Rate, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Fill Rate, Time to fill, Present to Place Ratios, and Aging Reports.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address concerns proactively.
- Prepare and deliver client updates, including performance reviews and program highlights.
- Work daily with Affiliate Panel to match and present qualified healthcare professionals for placement in job openings based on facility needs and requirements
- Organize potential candidates for openings based on job match, quality and value to Medical Solutions and the client
- Partner with Program Team to ensure alignment on strategy and client communication
Qualifications
- Experience with sourcing skilled non-clinical positions such as IT, Finance, Accounting, Data Analysis
- Bachelor's degree required OR 4+ years of strong sales experience
- Background and experience where compensation is commission-based
- Excellent rapport/relationship-building skills
- Inspiration to succeed and accomplish goals
- Well organized and great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize throughout the day in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiently use MS Office software applications
- Willingness to learn with an open mind
- Track record of career success and/or longevity in other roles
- Must have a persistent attitude

- Ability to travel as needed
Preferences:
- Preferred experience as a Client Manager or Recruiter
- 2+ years’ experience in staffing specific to Healthcare facilities preferred
- Experience selling new clients and managing existing clients
- Staffing industry experience
- Fieldglass experience preferred
- Medical field and/or terminology background
