Account Manager | Mirakl Connect, Boston
The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our US Account Management sales team led by Whitney Mayfield. The team consists of 1 Account Manager operating within a global sales team of 15 people, covering the US market for Mirakl Connect. Together, you'll be connecting the best brands and sellers directly to the most powerful marketplace platforms helping them reach new audiences, accelerate multi-channel growth, and reduce the complexity of scaling operations.
Your Impact
Revenue Ownership, Retention & Expansion
  • Own recurring revenue targets for your US portfolio - securing timely renewals, forecasting accurately, and managing churn risks proactively with mitigation plans.
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building clear business cases and driving deals to signature with confident negotiation.
  • Grow GMV through channel and market activation, catalog improvements, and package tier upgrades.


Adoption & Performance Optimization
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for your assigned clients, tracking health metrics and delivering tailored recommendations on assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Deliver performance insights and benchmarking to help clients understand their results and take action on growth opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues in close collaboration with Support to maximize platform availability and client satisfaction.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Lifecycle Execution
  • Partner with Sales, Product, RevOps, and marketplace/retailer teams on lifecycle campaigns, promotional initiatives, and strategic account planning.
  • Capture recurring customer feedback and channel it internally to influence the product roadmap and improve client experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation - renewal notes, upsell pipeline, and activity logs - to ensure full visibility across the business.
What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles within SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace environments
  • Proven track record of owning renewal and expansion targets with consistent quota attainment
  • Hands-on experience with marketplace or channel management platforms (e.g., Mirakl, Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace) is a strong plus
Skills:
  • Commercial acumen with strong deal execution, value-based storytelling, and confident negotiation skills
  • Data fluency - able to interpret marketplace performance metrics and turn them into clear, actionable client recommendations
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Highly organized, capable of managing a large portfolio of accounts in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Collaborative by nature, with a structured approach to cross-functional problem-solving

Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role. OTE reflects total target compensation, reflective of base salary and variable compensation (e.g., commission or bonus). Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity. $93,750-$118,750 USD
