US Farathane is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to support and grow our Ford Business Unit, helping to expand business opportunities and strengthen our position as a trusted supplier. If you are motivated by achieving results, developing relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced automotive environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

As the Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Ford account, driving business growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead point of contact for Ford customer accounts, ensuring strong, responsive communication.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and identifying new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with Ford stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasting and key account metrics, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver results.
  • Lead efforts to close commercial issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Help identify new opportunities through a targeted growth approach.
  • Champion new technologies and innovation opportunities with the customer.
  • Support annual piece price adjustments where applicable.
  • Contribute to VA/VE initiatives and leverage internal engineering resources.
  • Track and manage opportunity pipelines using structured growth frameworks.
  • Maintain awareness of OEM expectations and supplier performance criteria.
