US Farathane is seeking a results-driven
Sales Account Manager to support and grow our

What You'll DoAs the
Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Ford account, driving business growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the lead point of contact for Ford customer accounts, ensuring strong, responsive communication.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding existing business and identifying new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with Ford stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with growth objectives.
- Manage sales forecasting and key account metrics, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver results.
- Lead efforts to close commercial issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Help identify new opportunities through a targeted growth approach.
- Champion new technologies and innovation opportunities with the customer.
- Support annual piece price adjustments where applicable.
- Contribute to VA/VE initiatives and leverage internal engineering resources.
- Track and manage opportunity pipelines using structured growth frameworks.
- Maintain awareness of OEM expectations and supplier performance criteria.
What You BringQualifications:- 5+ years of automotive account management or sales experience, with direct Ford customer exposure
- Strong understanding of the Ford customer landscape and expectations
- Proven ability to drive growth, manage complex accounts, and influence outcomes
- Highly effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in plastic injection molding or manufacturing preferred
