About the Role

If you love building strong client relationships and keeping fast-moving programs on track, this role is right in your wheelhouse. You'll partner closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams to manage deliverables, support account growth, and help create a smooth experience from kickoff through wrap-up. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing strategy and day-to-day execution while solving problems and keeping customers happy. You'll play a key role in helping BCD M&E deliver high-quality service and long-term client success.

You're Good At

  • Building trusted client relationships and delivering responsive, high-touch support
  • Managing proposals, follow-up, reporting, and account details with strong attention to accuracy and timelines
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to move meeting information smoothly from client to internal stakeholders
  • Handling budgets, forecasting, and account performance while keeping service expectations front and center
  • Communicating clearly in presentations, calls, and written updates, and staying calm when priorities shift


You Might Also Have

  • A four-year degree in a business-related field
  • Three or more years of experience in executive support, sales support, account support, or a related role
  • Experience working with meeting management or incentive programs is required
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus working knowledge of Access
  • Confidence handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • This role is virtual within the Central or Eastern time zones
  • This role requires up to 25% travel on an annual basis
