- Onboard 6-12 new customers each quarter, contributing to our rapid growth.

What You Will Bring to the Table- Proven track record in generating new business and surpassing sales targets.
- 5+ years of SaaS full-cycle closing experience with a strong sales background.
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS & Payroll, with a solid understanding of these systems.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $92,625 - $109,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans.
