Job Duties:
- Maintain HUB professional service standards as required and ensure team compliance
- Maintain appropriate professional licensing and continuing education
- Document daily activity in compliance with HUB corporate standards and ensure team compliance
- Pursue professional development opportunities
- Maintain familiarity with industry trends and new insurance products
- Be responsible for the quality of HUB client deliverables, i.e. policy analysis, loss analysis, risk profile analysis
- Collaborate with producers as required to maximize account management results
- Collaborate with Marketing as required to maximize account management results
- Collaborate with CPU as required to maximize account management results
- Review client insurance related contracts as necessary
- Prepare management reports as necessary
- Acquire understanding of client insurance objectives and critically analyze and compare insurance terms and conditions
- Trouble shoot, issue spot, and problem solve matters between the client and the insurance company
- Manage and hold periodic client meetings such as a Stewardship or Pre-Renewal meeting
- Develop new and expanded business opportunities
- Manage underwriting and carrier relationships to the benefit of your clientele
Qualifications:
- Current Property/Casualty Insurance License
- Four-year college degree preferred
- 7+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience within a focus on servicing large complex accounts, healthcare and public entity verticals preferred
- Coordinate the processing of all Healthcare & PE new and renewal business
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify issues before they escalate, provide proactive service approach and proven problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple tasks without losing accuracy or urgency
- Proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated Agency Management Systems (Epic)
- Collaborative team player who communicates openly and contributes to a positive, high-performing team culture
- Demonstrated high-level attention to detail across complex, high-volume accounts
- Available for occasional business travel
- Advanced professional designation(s) highly desirable
The expected salary range for this position is to $80,000 to $135,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Hybrid work schedule; must be onsite at the designated office location a minimum of three days per week
