What you\'ll do
  • Build and manage a pipeline of net-new business. Nashville is home base, but our market is only limited by your imagination
  • Drive daily outbound activity: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email, networking, and in-person prospecting with owners and executives
  • Run sharp first meetings: uncover pain, size the business impact, and lock down next steps on the call
  • Present ProSafeIT in terms business leaders care about: productivity, growth, and reduced risk
  • Advance and close deals: negotiate, handle objections, and collaborate with our consulting team for smooth client handoffs
  • Represent Stringfellow in the market: attend industry events, local associations, and speaking engagements
  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM and keep momentum high


What you bring
  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with a structured approach to new business development (Sandler, Jeb Blount, or similar frameworks a plus)
  • A track record of hunting and closing new logos, not just managing existing accounts
  • Confidence selling to SMB leadership: owners, COOs, CFOs, and operations managers
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability across phone, video, and in-person settings
  • Self-starter discipline: you manage your own calendar, hit your activity targets, and hold yourself accountable
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 are helpful, not required
