Partner with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to support new business placement and renewal strategy execution.a0
Analyze claims and cost data to develop insights, reports, and recommendations that support client decision-making.a0
Support implementation of new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience anda0timelya0completion of key milestones.a0
Facilitatea0meetings with clients and stakeholders to align on plan performance, strategy, and opportunities for improvement.a0

Assista0with plan design updates and collaborate with carriers to support rate negotiations and adjustments.a0

Required Qualificationsa0
Minimuma03+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare/insurance-related roles.a0
Strong communicationa0skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.a0
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful insights.a0
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.a0
Proficiencya0in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.a0
Preferred Qualificationsa0
Bachelor27s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or related field.a0
Experience with group health plans, benefits administration, or self-funded insurance models.a0
Knowledge of medical terminology and regulatory environments.a0
