Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Clinical & Administrative Support
  • Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks
  • Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance
  • Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties
  • Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics
  • BT Managers for performance and operational support
  • BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing
Learning & Advancement
  • Internal CEUs and virtual trainings
  • Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings
  • Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I-IV
  • Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles

Compensation & Productivity
  • Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month
  • Base Salary: $83,100 and $103,800
  • Dual Bonus Program: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours
  • First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000
