Full Job Description
Director of Operations to lead daily administrative workflows, optimize multi-site clinic performance, and drive strategic growth for our ABA therapy programs. You will partner with clinical leadership to ensure high standards of care while building repeatable, scalable business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic workflows, client onboarding, scheduling efficiency, and CRM maintenance.
  • Financial & Budget Oversight: Manage P&L performance, labor costs, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
  • Compliance & Payer Relations: Ensure adherence to state regulations, accreditation standards, and insurance authorization workflows.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with clinical directors and talent acquisition to support staffing models, hiring, and brand marketing.
  • Growth & Expansion: Execute market-entry strategies for new regional locations or de novo clinic rollouts.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive healthcare or behavioral health management experience, including multi-site oversight.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with ABA therapy models, insurance authorization, and billing practices.
  • Skills: Demonstrated strength in P&L budgeting, process improvement, leadership accountability, and cross-functional communication.
    Compensation and Schedule:
    • Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 Annually
    • Full-Time: 40 hours/weekly
    • Shifts: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
    • Location: Brooklyn NY
