This role will be part of the Global Services Finance team inthe GS FinanceAccounting process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

TheGSFaccounting teamis responsible forthe completeandaccurateaccounting for all transactions. This includes but is not limited to creating the Sales and corresponding Purchase orders, reconciling out of balances,monitoringageing,and performing balance sheet reconciliations.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate ourOrthopaedicsbusiness to create a new publicly traded company.The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.It isanticipatedthat, followingconclusionof the transaction, this positionmay be conveyedwithNewOrthopaedicsbusiness. • Driving deepexpertise, ensuringteamare fully knowledgeable of the Worldwide Procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.

• Lead Accounting team (team of B25 and below associates).

• Support auditors and legal authorities with the execution of required activities.

• Ensure adherence, monitor, remediate and align compliance responsibilities with stakeholders.Manage, mitigate,and escalate risks ona timelybasis.

• Ensure strong internal controls are in place,toachieve 7dequate8 internal and external audit ratings.
