Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for the development and delivery of physical Design Studio Models.
You will get to lead a team of professionals in the development and build of armatures, design intent models and various other physical models in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do...- Lead studio coordination efforts including work balancing, staffing and other resources.
- Lead the development of digital and physical model builds.
- Lead the determination of best tools and techniques to deliver accurate Design executions.
- Lead the delivery of GPDS deliverables to program timing and Studio constraints.
- Interface with all levels and functions of the Design team.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality physical models for management reviews.
- Develop methods to deliver to deliver high quality digital and physical models with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
QualificationsYou'll have...
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

The salary range for this position is $115,700 - $192,000.

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location are required to be onsite four or more days per week.
