Job DescriptionAbout the RoleThe NBC Integrated Design team is looking for a
Designer who wants to create the kind of work fans screenshot, share, and talk about. In this role, you won't just support campaigns, you'll help define the visual identity of some of television's biggest shows. From bold, culture-driving key art to social content that lives and breathes in real time, your work will reach millions. We're looking for a designer who is obsessed with great storytelling, thrives under momentum, and can jump seamlessly from prestige drama to sharp comedy to high-stakes reality-often in the same day.
Responsibilities- Partner with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and cross-functional teams to concept and execute high-impact campaigns.
- Create and communicate concepts through sketches, scrap/mood boards, write-ups, and pitches.
- Design original key art, campaign visuals, social assets, outdoor (OOH), and print that translate show tones and strategy briefs into bold, ownable visual languages that cut through the crowded TV landscape.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay ahead of design trends, platform best practices, and cultural moments.
QualificationsBasic Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional design experience, ideally in entertainment, broadcast, advertising, or agency environments.
- Strong conceptual skills with the ability to develop original ideas and sell them effectively.
- Strong portfolio with a range of work across genres and mediums, with emphasis on key art. Television or entertainment experience is highly preferred.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Figma, After Effects and Premiere a plus.
- Excellent command of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly.
- Genuine passion for television and the entertainment landscape.
Additional Requirements:- Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
