Broadway Facility

Job Title: 2nd Shift Maintenance Lead

Location: Broadway Plant

Position Summary:

This person will be responsible for but not limited to making sure that the department runs at the Company set efficiency, will insure that breakdowns are restored in the quickest and safest means possible, will assist production in the daily operation of the department, being proactive to production needs. They will assume the supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence and help train fellow team members/new hires in areas as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Additional maintenance training/experience required.

Skill Summary:
  • Minimum of three years mechanical background.
  • Knowledge of both welding and plumbing.
  • Must be able to operate a cutting torch and plasma cutter.
  • Able to operate loaders.
  • Excellent attendance (4.0 pts or less), safety and work records.


Salary/Grade: Based upon education and experience

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday with some weekend work required; 12:30 pm-8:30 pm
  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: Sick leave, vacation, company observed holidays or, any other statutorily required paid leave
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base hourly salary rate of $37.60-39.60/hour, $1.00 shift differential
  • Perfect attendance incentive of $2.00 extra per hour for perfect attendance;
