Job Description SummaryJob DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:As the Mechanical Engineering Technician, you will:
- Be responsible for measuring final shape criteria of stator bars.
- Be responsible for quality documentation.
- Be responsible for Defect trends for COGEBI, Glass, and Strip & Reinsulate.
- Be responsible for process documentation in K&L Bay.
- Be responsible for indirect purchasing in K&L Bay.
- Lead and/or support quality projects in Bar Shop.
- Assist Quality Engineers in dispositioning stator bars.
- Provide feedback to operators on trending defects.
- Be responsible for technical issues and maintenance of Autoclaves.
Qualifications:- Associate's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED plus a minimum of 5 years working in a manufacturing environment)
- Minimum of 2 years of industry experience

The pay range for this position is $82,547 a year
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
