Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Land Tech or in a similar role, including 1 year in Alaska.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration.
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and critical reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Land Department functions is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with preferred knowledge of SAP, Quorum, ArcGIS, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Assist Landmen in drafting contracts and correspondence.
• Research and verify lease and regulatory information for Landmen's use.
• Administer payments for lease purchases and ensure document accuracy.
• Prepare and transmit various contracts and lease documents to relevant parties.
• Review and code invoices, circulating them for approval and payment.
• Mail proposal letters to partners regarding drilling and lease activities.
• Maintain spreadsheets to track proposal deadlines and financial details.
