2027 Markets Full-Time Analyst ProgramAdvance and excelThe Markets Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduates beginning their career in markets. You will be aligned to a business group, where you will contribute to daily client activity, strengthen technical skills, and collaborate with colleagues across origination trading, sales, origination, and research teams.
Program overview The program begins with six to eight weeks of structured training covering accounting, valuation, credit analysis, structuring, and market analysis. Your training will include classroom sessions, case studies, and desk immersion, followed by continued development through mentorship and feedback. #earlycareers
What to expect Following training, you will step into day-to-day responsibilities, which may include:
- Booking and managing daily trades
- Supporting pricing, risk monitoring, and trade execution
- Conducting research and data analysis to support market-making and client flow
- Preparing research presentations and market trend analyses
- Contributing to derivatives transactions and valuation frameworks
Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support your development.

Required qualifications- 6+ months of Markets experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired qualifications- Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028

Program locationsPrimary locations include Charlotte and New York, with limited opportunities available in Boston and Houston.
Pay range- Boston: $110,000 annually
- Charlotte: $110,000 annually
- Houston: $110,000 annually
- New York: $110,000 annually

FINRA/Associated Person (AP) Language - This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$90,000.00 - $150,000.00
