Full Job Description
We are seeking full-time Analysts to join our Liquid Structured Credit team in the summer of 2027. This role will be based in our Boston office.
The ideal candidates will have a strong academic record with prior internship experience in investing. Applicants should exhibit the following skills and/or experiences:
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience
• Self-driven and intellectually curious
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Throughout the analyst program you will:
• Conduct deep, company-specific research, including attending management meetings, on-site diligence with customers and suppliers, and attend relevant industry conferences
• Perform industry-level analyses to inform the investment process and provide critical context
• Develop detailed financial models, including earnings projections and valuation analyses, to inform investment decisions
• Generate thoughtful, proactive buy/sell recommendations and communicate investment theses clearly to the team
The Credit Analyst opportunity is available only to students who are currently in an undergraduate program.

Team members spend their time reviewing investment opportunities and selecting securities, conducting due diligence, preparing investment recommendations and monitoring the universe of names they follow. Industry team members interact regularly with the Credit Committee, Portfolio Management teams, and Trading Desk to communicate and refine their recommendations.
Compensation
Expected Annual Base Salary $110,000
This is the expected annual base salary range for this position. Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based upon factors such as individual impact, team and firm performance.
