Full Job Description
Altman Solon Analyst

The Analyst role is an entry-level role and is open to undergraduate students who are currently Seniors on track to graduate in December 2026 or spring of 2027 and Masters degree students on track to graduate in December 2026 or spring of 2027. The Analyst role is required to be in the office on a regular basis and requires travel to other Altman Solon offices as well as to client sites as needed. As an Analyst at Altman Solon, you will be involved in every aspect of our consulting practice. While an Analyst's specific role will vary from project to project, responsibilities include:

  • Developing novel, data-driven methodologies and owning execution of solving complex client problems
  • Building a variety of rigorous business models, market sizings, and quantitative Excel-based tools to be delivered to (and used by) clients on an on-going basis
  • Conducting research to understand market demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and technology trends; methods include state-of-the-art survey design & analysis as well as primary interviews with subject matter experts
  • Assisting with synthesis and presentation of key findings and recommendations to our clients
  • Developing content-specific knowledge that will continue to expand and evolve through your time at Altman Solon
  • Supporting on-going internal firm-building initiatives including recruiting, mentoring interns, diversity and inclusion initiatives, community service, and other special projects

Compensation: $100,000 + performance bonus
