What You'll Do (and Grow Into)

We're looking for a new grad/resident who is comfortable with core general dentistry-or eager to become comfortable quickly-with coaching and support.

Core dentistry day one
  • Exams, restorative, crowns/bridges, simple extractions, diagnosis, treatment planning

Growth track (supported)
  • Molar endodontics
  • Surgical extractions
  • Implant dentistry (mentorship + CBCT support)

This role is ideal if you want to practice full-scope comprehensive general dentistry without being thrown to the wolves.

Compensation & Schedule
  • 30% of collections
  • Forecasted annual earnings:$230,400 - $288,000+ (production-driven)
  • No lab or supply fees
  • W-2 employment with full operational/administrative support
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Optional: 1 Saturday/month8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
