What You'll Do (and Grow Into)We're looking for a new grad/resident who is comfortable with core general dentistry-or eager to become comfortable quickly-with coaching and support.
Core dentistry day one- Exams, restorative, crowns/bridges, simple extractions, diagnosis, treatment planning
Growth track (supported)- Molar endodontics
- Surgical extractions
- Implant dentistry (mentorship + CBCT support)
This role is ideal if you want to practice
full-scope comprehensive general dentistry without being thrown to the wolves.
Compensation & Schedule- 30% of collections
- Forecasted annual earnings:$230,400 - $288,000+ (production-driven)
- No lab or supply fees
- W-2 employment with full operational/administrative support
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Optional: 1 Saturday/month8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
