Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive project management experience in engineering and construction, especially in large healthcare projects.
• Working knowledge of project schedules, costing, budgets, change orders, and financial matters.
• Familiarity with Alternative Financing and Procurement / P3 is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders on technical, legal, and financial aspects.
• Valid G Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage relationships and mitigate risks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, design consultants, and contractors to manage project risks.
• Resolve contract disputes in conjunction with senior management.
• Prepare briefing materials for senior management and community stakeholders as needed.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to proactively address project challenges.
• Maintain documentation and ensure proper project closure and archiving.
