20080 - Sr Financial Reporting Analyst IILocation: Montgomery, ALRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Financial Reporting Analyst II to provide financial and administrative support for factory operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and supporting business decision-making through analysis and insight.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Operations & Administration- Review and manage company administrative expenses
- Oversee team expense reimbursements and processing
- Track and report service billing and collections
- Support month-end close activities, including GL expense and accrual postings
- Assist with onboarding and administrative support for business units
Reporting & Analysis- Manage cost allocation methodologies and rates
- Prepare annual budgets and conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget)
- Maintain and update financial reports and databases
- Support company approval matrix and travel policy administration
- Analyze new business scenarios, including profit & loss projections
Scoop Indicator:- Decision Making / Discretion: Handles moderately complex issues requiring data analysis and sound judgment; selects appropriate methods and collaborates with senior stakeholders as needed.
- Results: Escalates matters outside of role scope to ensure business needs are effectively addressed.
- Strategy Development: Operates with minimal supervision on daily tasks and receives general guidance on new or complex assignments.
Basic Qualifications:- Experience with SAP (nice to have)
- Korean language skills (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
