Salary Range: $75,000.00 to $94,000.00

The anticipated salary range represents the estimated base pay for this role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors, and may vary from the posted range

The Role

Supervises employees who test and/or inspect products to determine compliance with specifications.

Must Have

Apprentice graduate, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 4 years of applicable technical experience. OR Related Apprentice certification (i.e. NDT, Dimensional Control) & 0 Years. Master's degree and 2 years relevant experience.

• 4 years of related exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years related non-exempt experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree and experience.

Nice to Have

This candidate should have a working level knowledge of radiography inspection processes and principles across the various programs. The candidate should have considerable knowledge of the safety, security and execution requirements for RT. The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to build and lead teams within their own organization. Also, must be able to obtain/ maintain a minimum of a confidential DoD security clearance and obtain a third-party certification for radiation safety.
