Manufacturing Engineer - Fuel Injector Assembly & Test

This role provides technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance for the assembly of fuel injectors.

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed
• Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process
• Investigate and resolve issues resulting from first test pass failures
• Create and update all APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams

Team Structure & Work Environment
• Works alongside 13 other manufacturing and test engineers, reporting to the Technical Service Manager
• Office located within a factory work setting

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Comparable prior titles: Manufacturing Engineer, Assembly Engineer

Technical Skills (Required):
• Ability to facilitate and create APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and PFMEA
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
• Assembly and test experience is desired

Soft Skills (Required):
• Ability to facilitate and host cross-functional meetings, both in person and virtually
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
