Qualifications

• NYS Nursing licensure required
• Must be computer literate
• Completion of onboarding required prior to training
• Must be able to complete nursing notes before the end of shift
• Must have malpractice insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care on patient's bus and at school
• Administer treatments such as oxygen, suctioning, nebulizer, and cough assist
• Assist an 18-year-old patient with X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes
• Engage in patient-specific training and skill development
