Owns the larger autoimmune portfolio strategy including planning and championing therapeutic area growth and driving business development or collaboration.

Collaborate on development of performance objectives of field team and appropriate measures to ensure achievement of Company goals; provide frequent, ongoing performance feedback to all direct reports and foster a team-oriented, supportive working environment.

Develop and maintain a level of knowledge about pertinent studies, compounds, and diseases that would facilitate collegiate and scientific discussions with leading oncology KOLs.

Capable of developing, executing, and assessing strategies to enhance processes and set direction in the TMF and Clinical Systems domain; proficient in identifying, understanding, and mitigating risks, while ensuring effective communication of these risks to clinical leadership.
