Position Overview:

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building and executing marketing programs that generate leads, pipeline, and close business. In addition, the Demand Generation Manager is responsible for Marketing Operations, including the management of our MarTech stack, managing KPIs, and reporting demand generation performance to the executive leadership team.

About the Role: This is a high-impact, data-driven role on the Panopto Marketing team

Manage the Demand Generation & Marketing Operations team
Drive programming strategy to hit qualified lead, pipeline and revenue targets for multiple products, services and market segments.
Own campaign design and execution, including: email/content marketing strategy, landing pages, nurture programs, paid media deployment/evaluation.
Track performance and ROI for continued optimization to maximize budget efficiency and return.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and ideal customer profile segment targets.
Leverage account-based marketing principles to drive enterprise campaign programming.
Support SDRs focused on both lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
Analyze sales/marketing trends and design lead-generation and sales-enablement campaigns to test, support and ultimately strengthen conversion rates.
Develop relationships and work directly with vendors as needed.
Manage campaign reporting dashboards for operational/senior management.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and advertising technology trends, best practices and solutions.
Support on team members projects to ensure completion and accuracy.
Provide day-to-day guidance on the activities of other team members.
Coach and develop team members.
Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, mission, and embody our Organization’s Values

About You:

Experience with campaign strategy and ideation.
Strategic data analysis (funnel metrics analysis, campaign analysis, ROMI/ROAS)
Experience with campaign development and execution
Ability to optimize marketing tech stack development and management
Willingness to be adaptability, agility, and resourcefulness
Deep understanding of demand gen tactics (paid, organic, etc.)
Interpersonal coaching & management
Own marketing budget and budget management
Experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation with a track record of growth & success
Experience managing marketers and agencies

Total Rewards:

In the spirit of pay transparency, Panopto is excited to share the salary range for this position which is $125,000 - $135,000 USD per year. This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance, skills, experience, and/or location. Salary is just one component of Panopto’s total compensation package for employees.
