We are seeking a Digital Delivery Manager (Marketing Technologies – Brand, CX, EX) to drive the delivery of specific areas of marketing, including Customer , Employee , Platforms like inMoment, ESG, and corporate communication. In this role, you will take a holistic approach to IT projects within the Marketing function, ensuring successful delivery from Requirements to Design and Deployment. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with key business stakeholders, organizing teams for critical projects, providing status updates to both IT and Marketing leadership, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and with high quality. You will have full oversight of programs, including project managers, external partners, and internal onsemi IT and business stakeholders. Your primary focus will be partnering with business stakeholders, defining and delivering critical programs to ensure the success of onsemi IT. Our ideal candidate holds a 's degree in computer science or information technology and has 8+ years of experience in project planning and/or business process management within IT, Marketing, and Sales areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead as a Technology leader in driving program delivery and Technology Roadmap for the Marketing function, with a strong customer-first focus.

• Implement digital solutions for Customer , Employee , InMoment platform, ESG, corporate communication, and other related marketing areas.

• Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize, and organize teams, taking accountability for project delivery and closing the loop to ensure requirements are met.

• Proactively identify and address impediments, escalating when necessary.

• Manage and track cross-team/squad dependencies.

• Manage and track key milestones and mitigate risks.

• Provide proactive visibility and effectively communicate delivery targets, commitments, and progress to both IT and Business leadership.

• Foster a culture of team-driven decision-making and commitment, encouraging trust and facilitating cross-team collaboration to ensure project success.

• Drive technology decisions, including leading the consolidation of legacy tools into IT pillar platforms.

• Engage in technology discussions with Marketing-aligned teams such as Sales & Service.

• Ensure IT ownership and post go-live support within established SLAs after project launches.

• Act as a liaison (alongside the project manager) to the Project Management Office, ensuring compliance with PMO reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing enterprise-wide programs.

• Strong experience in implementing digital solutions for Customer , Employee , InMoment platform, ESG, corporate communication, and other related marketing areas.

• in integrating Marketing tech with Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.

• Strong stakeholder management experience (IT, business, and external partners).

• 's degree in Information Technology.

• Project management experience.

• Consulting experience (preferred).

• Strong computer and software development skills.

• Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
