Physician Opportunities Within Established and Growing Urgent Care Network in Delaware / Maryland

We are seeking experienced Physicians who have urgent care or emergency room experience, treating both adult and pediatric patients, to join our welcoming and diverse community of providers in DE and/or MD.

In this role, you will provide a wide variety of clinical services including treatment of acute episodic conditions such as sore throats, colds, flu-like symptoms, cuts, sprains and minor infections.
It is essential to have excellent assessment skills to recognize more serious conditions and direct the patient to the emergency room for advanced care when necessary while going above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled patient experience.

Our practice model brings together board certified Physicians and Advanced Practitioners in innovative treatment centers, with the resources and support of ChristianaCare behind them. We are the front door to quality connected care.

Schedule(s):

Benefits eligible options include Full-Time, Full-time Flex (.95 - 3 days/week), or Part-Time options of .78, .63 or .5 FTE.
Per Diem options are also available.
Ask about our 'weekends only' option!
We will be offering extended hours at several centers soon! *Shift availability to include Noon to Midnight and/or 8 a.m. to Midnight. (*Premium rates apply for specific schedules).
We have several options that can work for your lifestyle!

Location(s): We currently have convenient locations in Delaware and Maryland.

North Wilmington/Greenville area, Newark, Middletown, Dover in and around Delaware with two locations in Maryland (North East and Elkton).

Centers are currently open 7 days/week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., however, we will be offering extended hours soon at certain locations.

Excellent Bonus Programs (for fulltime/part-time providers):

Daily Volume Bonus paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift (to reward those who work at the busier centers).
Quarterly Bonus based upon patient satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year recent full time experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
Physicians must be board certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Med/Peds
State licensure in DE and/or MD
Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs, X-rays and seeing all ages.
