Your challenge!

Under the responsibility of the Vice-President, Sales, the General Manager of Sales, Revenue and Optimization, is responsible for supporting the sales growth strategy by optimizing our commercial and design processes, developing tools for analysis, negotiation and decision-making, maintaining the accuracy of master data. Leader of the NRM revenue optimization process, you act as a catalyst across the entire sales team in revenue optimization, both at the strategic and operational level. You are also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the accuracy of master data in the various systems. (SAP, C4C, web portal, etc.). You lead the supervisors of the design, master data and sales process support departments. You are also responsible for the business processes of the sales team in relation to the tools used. Finally, you put in place the right staff for the proper use of the tools and support the teams to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. A resource person for other business stakeholders, you excel in communicating and supporting the harmonization of everyone's objectives with those of Cascades.

Manage and boost the margin optimization program (NRM)

Maintain state-of-the-art trading tools and processes

Supervise the design and technical departments

Ensure the optimization and respect of business processes

Ensure compliance with business rules (RACI)

Develop the skills of the team to identify opportunities to create value for the organization

Mobilizing and motivating his team, optimizing resources and ensuring his team's participation in strategic markets

Your background and your strengths

Knowledge of global business support processes, including negotiation, design management and revenue optimization

Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills

Hold a university degree or experience deemed equivalent

Have between 10 to 15 years as a manager in a similar industry

The ability to lead several projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines and priorities

The leadership and spirit of collaboration that inspires and mobilizes teams to achieve excellence

The ability to deal with issues and problems by putting forward solutions

The ability to quickly grasp the needs of internal and external customers

Ease of supporting and advising business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions

A great sense of responsibility

Fluency in French and English

A good knowledge of technological tools related to sales and demand management

Knowledge of SAP software and a CRM
