Overview:

At Arkadium, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing the digital media landscape through innovative gaming solutions and advertising technologies. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Publisher Development to join our team and play a pivotal role in cultivating global relationships, driving revenue growth, and shaping the future of our Publisher Development team. In this role, you will be a driving force behind the evolution of digital media and gaming and make a lasting impact on our industry-leading innovations.

This position reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities:

Cultivate Global Relationships: As the Director of Publisher Development, you will engage in strategic calls, meetings, and events to establish and nurture relationships with prominent digital publishers and audience owners worldwide. Your ability to foster these connections will be critical in shaping collaborative opportunities.
Collaborative Revenue Opportunities: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Partner Success, and Ad-Operations, to ideate and execute innovative revenue-generating initiatives. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that address market needs.
Strategic Market Entry: Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that outlines budgets, target lists, and lead qualification processes. Your strategic approach will guide our penetration into new markets and establish Arkadium as a leader in the industry.
Driving Publisher Adoption: Utilize your extensive industry experience to enhance the adoption of Arkadium's game products within partnerships. Through your leadership, our game products will be seamlessly delivered and scaled across various partnerships, maximizing revenue potential.
Process Refinement: Collaborate with the team to define and refine Publisher Development processes, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your insights will shape the team's operational efficiency and overall success.
Strategic Contribution: Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives that shape the trajectory of the company. Your visionary thinking and expertise will play a pivotal role in driving Arkadium's growth and success.

Requirements

Industry Expertise: Possess a strong working knowledge of digital media, advertising technologies, and SaaS business models. Your insights into industry trends will drive our innovation.
Proven Management Experience: Demonstrate 5-7 years of industry experience, including experience coaching and mentoring more junior team members
Revenue Achievement: Showcase a history of managing multi-million dollar annual new business goals. Your strategic acumen will directly impact our revenue growth.
Publisher Engagement: Exhibit a proven track record of securing new business deals with digital publishers. Your established network will accelerate our partnership expansion.
Influential Network: Leverage your deep connections with high-traffic digital publishers to enhance our network and reach.
Ad-Tech Familiarity: Understand common ad-server implementations and advertising products, facilitating effective communication with our technical teams.
Entrepreneurial Drive: Display an entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach. Your proactive mindset will contribute to our dynamic environment.
Effective Communication: Possess strong communication skills and familiarity with digital media jargon. Your ability to convey complex concepts will foster productive collaborations.
Analytical Mindset: Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to make data-driven decisions that optimize our strategies.

This role requires some in-office days at our Manhattan office.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000. Final salary and commission structure will be determined by the candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge/skills and location.
