The Opportunity:

The Product Operations Manager role at LG Ads will manage the operational side of the Product Management Team. This role will work with Product Managers in the planning process to prioritize new products and existing product enhancements, and track the execution of the quarterly product roadmaps. Using tools, such as Asana and Confluence, this role will include working with product managers on product requirements, and documentation of product features. The Product Operations Manager will also work with Product Marketing to assist Product Managers in the launch of new products. They will also facilitate communication between Engineering and Product teams to constantly assess the resources available to hit release dates and future resource needs in the planning process.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to be a Product Operations Manager reporting to the Head of Product at LG Ads. This critical role will use an agile product planning framework to oversee all quarterly planning, development of product roadmaps, and work with all Product Managers to help LG Ads develop highly impactful products. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment, have a proven track record of partnering closely with engineering and product marketing to deliver thoughtful and impactful product experiences, and the strategic vision to plan for what is ahead and continue to deliver in the present.

Responsibilities:

You will be the Key facilitator within Product.
Empower the Product Management team to build and enhance products in an Agile framework by clearing potential roadblocks to achieving the plan and to execute quarterly roadmaps.
Helping Product Managers with creation and distribution of documentation of LG Ads products.
Facilitating and running the Product planning and execution phases of Product Management, including scrums and other meetings within and across teams on progress towards the goals

Requirements

Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
Work in an Agile environment, with a focus on essential components of the project and removing non prioritized or distracting work.
5+ years of project management experience.
The ability to remain calm under pressure.
Superior critical thinking capabilities, including the ability to think on their feet.
Comfort with quickly changing priorities and a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
Previous experience working in a global environment, particularly with India. The role is global, so some time zone flexibility is required.
