Michael has significant experience within the Retail, Consumer Products / CPG and Manufacturing industries and specializes in Human Resources, Purchasing, Accounting & Finance, Operations and Engineering roles. As a Certified Professional in Human Resources, Michael brings broad experience in the many disciplines of Human Resources with a unique focus on Strategic Workforce Planning & Development and Talent Acquisition. His experience spans utility construction and ISOs such as CSU, Inc. and Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO); major specialty retail chains such as Sterling Jewelers and Luxocita Retail USA; and consumer products manufacturing and logistics businesses such as FedEx Express, Heartland Food Products Group, and Newell Brands. His most recent experience with Newell Brands led to both the development and implementation of internal Talent Acquisition processes for the Legacy Jarden business all the while personally filling over $5.1MM in salaries for positions including Director of Brand Marketing, Director of Design and Engineering, Assistant Division Controller, Purchasing Manager, National Account Manager, and Plant Manager just to name a few. Michael is an active national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the local chapter of IndySHRM.
