Provides technical direction, in collaboration with peer teams, supervisor and vendor on matters pertaining to specs, pattern, construction methods and techniques to improve fit, balance, and overall quality of the garment.
Partners with the application architects to identify specific infrastructure components (hardware, software, database, etc.) for architectural and tuning improvements; define and document volumetric requirements across a variety of functional domains.
This position will utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics to provide insights that allows us to make better informed decisions in various areas such as sales forecasting, payroll allocation and key initiative testing & measurement.
Partner with cross functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Finance, IT, Digital, Creative Services, and Customer Experience) to align integration of objectives, and ensure marketing strategies and promotions are optimized.
Directs the cost reduction initiatives to meet corporate goals and drive process improvements. Identifies and implements strategies for streamlined workload in partnership with Sourcing, Suppliers and overseas offices.
