Provides leadership for the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of pharmacy controls, including facility standards, uniform processes, policies, procedures, risk assessment process, and tools and templates for monitoring activities to address changes in current laws and regulations and/or revisions to current laws and regulations related to pharmacy compliance.
Develop a detailed annual operating budget. Assure achievement of annual budget in revenues and profits. The budget is an operating plan and defines required levels of achievement of the General Manager and his staff.
Responsible for the operations of the market, the delegation of responsibility within the market and the establishment of formal means of accountability in order to ensure meeting all business objectives in a cost effective manner.
