Provides leadership and guidance to a team tasked with conducting detailed review and analysis of data on confirmed fraudulent transactions, identifying trends and recommending appropriate client treatment.
Provides technical architecture and support across applications and guidance to other functional areas to define software/hardware requirements and in planning and delivering infrastructure. Analyzes infrastructure and capacity planning.
Reviews status of current accounts to include, but not limited to, past due accounts, maturities, and renewals; notifies community bankers on these matters and interacts with the customer where necessary.
